SPONSOR: National Buick GMC of American Fork, located at 692 East 1000 South, American Fork, UT 84003 (the
“Sponsor”)

SWEEPSTAKES DATES: The “Drive This Truck for Free Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain
Time (“MT”) on May 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on September 30, 2024 or upon the receipt of one million (1,000,000)
entries, whichever comes first (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in
Mountain Time.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal permanent United States residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
(excluding residents of New York and Florida) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their
jurisdiction of residence) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). The Entrant who is selected as the potential grand prize
winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) must have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the
tax liability associated with acceptance of the grand prize (the “Grand Prize”). Valid social security numbers will be
determined by Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) requirements as further defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section of these
Official Rules. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where
they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, and each of its respective parent
companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and agencies, and any others engaged in the
development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Studio 702 Media
Management and National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (“Independent Administrator”) (all of the aforementioned
collectively referred to as the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all
federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in New York, Florida, outside the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants indicate
their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or
Independent Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon
fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes, via
https://www.nationalbuickgmc.com/drivethistruckforfree/ (the “Website”), or via the alternate entry by mail (the “AMOE”).
Regardless of the method(s) used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of one thousand one hundred and seven
(1,107) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

1. Website: To earn entry into the Sweepstakes via the Website, visit the Website during the Sweepstakes Period
and complete one or more of the following tasks:
a. Like and Follow on Social Media (maximum of 2 entries): Click the button within the widget that says,
“Like and Follow on Social Media”. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for liking Sponsor’s Facebook and
one (1) entry for following Sponsor on Instagram. *
b. Share on Social Media (maximum of 5 entries): Click the button within the widget that says “Share OurPage” to receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes. *

*NOTE: Entrant must be a registered Instagram and/or Facebook user to obtain entries via this method. To
become a registered user, visit the social channel and follow the instructions prior to entering this
Sweepstakes. Entrant’s Instagram and/or Facebook profile settings must be set to “public” to be viewable
by the Sponsor for winner determination. If the Entrant’s account is not set to “public”, the Sponsor may not
be able to verify the entry and the Entrant may not be eligible to win. Entrants may not use multiple
Instagram or Facebook accounts to enter.

c. Schedule a Test Drive (max of 100 entries). Click the button within the widget that says, “Test Drive” and
follow the instructions to schedule a test drive at the Dealership (National Buick GMC of American Fork,
located at 692 East 1000 South, American Fork, UT 84003) during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrant will
receive one hundred (100) entries upon completing the test drive. Limit of one (1) test drive per Entrant.

d. Purchase a Vehicle (max of 1,000 entries): Click the button within the widget that says, “Purchase
Vehicle” and purchase any vehicle from the Dealership during the Sweepstakes period to earn one
thousand (1,000) entries. The maximum number of entries an Entrant may receive by purchasing a
vehicle is one thousand (1,000).

Neither Sponsor nor Independent Administrator is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or
undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or
transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions,
entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors
and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

2. AMOE: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail, enter as follows: on a plain 4” x 6” postcard (ENVELOPE ENTRIES
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED), legibly handprint (no cursive) your first name, last name, complete address, city, state,
zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address and mail to: “Drive This Truck for
Free Sweepstakes”, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513. Entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2023 and
received by November 7, 2023, unless one million (1,000,000) entries are received earlier than the end date of this
Sweepstakes. In such case, only AMOE entries postmarked by the next business day from the date in which the
one millionth (1,000,000) entry was received and received within seven (7) days from that post mark date will be
considered eligible. The first postcard submitted is equal to seven (7) entries. Each postcard thereafter is
considered fifty-five (55) entries into the Sweepstakes. NO ENVELOPES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Entrants may
submit a total of twenty-one (21) postcards. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are
void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor
and will not be returned. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage
due or damaged mailed entries. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entries. All entries submitted by mail
become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event an Entrant enters the Sweepstakes via a combination of Website and the AMOE, the maximum number of entries he/she will be allowed is one thousand, one hundred and seven (1,107), even if the total number of entries submitted exceeds one thousand, one hundred and seven (1,107). In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the
person who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of
the email address submitted on the Website or postcard. An Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that
the Entrant is the Authorized Account Holder. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter this Sweepstakes using
multiple/different accounts or any other methods may void the Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification, at the
sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result
in disqualification. Late entries or entries sent via any other method than those stated above will not be accepted.

WINNING/NOTIFICATION: On or about November 9, 2023 (or earlier if all 1,000,000 entries are received prior to
September 30. 2023), one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator whose decisions are
based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of
being selected as the Grand Prize Winner are dependent upon the total number of entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the Independent Administrator via email within
one (1) to three (3) business days from the date in which the random drawing takes place. Grand Prize Winner will be
required to complete “Required Documents” as further described in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below. Sponsor will only
make two (2) attempts to reach the potential Grand Prize Winner via email within a seventy-two (72) hour time-period. In
the event the Sponsor cannot reach the potential Grand Prize Winner after two (2) attempts have been made, the original
potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner (selected randomly as outlined
above) will be notified until one (1) Grand Prize Winner is confirmed.

PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, execute and
return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Release”) and an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9 Form”) and any
other documents required by Sponsor, (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within seven (7) days or less from receipt
of Notification from the Sponsor/Independent Administrator by email. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return
the Required Documents within the time-period required, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, such potential Grand
Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the
“WINNING/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified potential Grand Prize Winner’s name may have been
publicly announced. Potential Grand Prize Winner must report income to the IRS. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential Grand Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an Alternate will be notified as outlined above. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the “WINNING/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified potential Grand Prize Winner’s name may have been publicly announced. In the event the potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Independent Administrator shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand
Prize is $48,500. The Grand Prize includes one (1), twenty-four (24) month lease on a 2022 custom GMC 1500 Elevation
Midnight Edition truck, including a 6” Rough Country Lift, 35” Toyo Open Country MT Tires, 22 x 12 Gear Wheels, Full
Ceramic Tint and full custom paint match (the “Vehicle”).

Equipment and Accessories will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Should Grand Prize Winner wish to
add additional options to the Vehicle, other than what is being provided at the time the Vehicle is awarded, such additional
costs (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Lease (defined below) includes the first twenty
thousand (20,000) miles during the twenty-four (24) month period. All miles exceeding twenty thousand (20,000) will be
the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility, at a rate of $.20 per each additional mile. Color of the Vehicle, Equipment and
Accessories of the actual Grand Prize awarded may vary as Sponsor reserves the right to decide upon and substitute the
color of the Vehicle, any of the Equipment and Accessories and/or any other current year Vehicle for the Vehicle described
herein at its sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign a motor vehicle lease agreement (the “Lease”)
which will govern all terms and conditions of his/her use, operation and possession of the Vehicle, with the sole exception
of Vehicle payments for the twenty-four (24) month term of the Lease, and the Grand Prize Winner must comply with all
terms and conditions of the Lease during the twenty-four (24) month term. The Grand Prize Winner must be available to
sign the appropriate documentation on the date indicated by the Sponsor or the Grand Prize may be forfeited, without
compensation of any kind. Delivery: Sponsor shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to award the Grand
Prize within ninety (90) days after the Grand Prize Winner is determined. Grand Prize shall be delivered to a mutually
agreed upon location within ninety (90) miles from the Grand Prize Winner’s permanent legal residence at the Sponsor’s
sole cost. The Grand Prize Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Grand Prize after it has been delivered to the
specified delivery site. The Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of written
notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance (if
applicable in his/her state of residence), or the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an
alternate Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received as
outlined in the “WINNING/NOTIFICATION” section above. If, after acceptance of the Vehicle, Grand Prize Winner violates the terms of the Lease, as determined by Sponsor (or Sponsor’s financing affiliate) in its sole discretion, Sponsor may take any and all available legal sanctions against the Grand Prize Winner as if he/she were any other Lessee of the Sponsor (or Sponsor’s financing affiliate). Should Sponsor (or Sponsor’s financing affiliate) pursue such legal sanctions, Sponsor will deem the Grand Prize forfeited by the Grand Prize Winner without further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner and; (a) Grand Prize Winner will be required to return the Vehicle to the Sponsor (or Sponsor’s financing affiliate at Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (b) (provided that Grand Prize Winner is still in possession of the Vehicle, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) Grand Prize Winner will owe in full payment for all remaining months of the twenty-four (24) month Lease Period and will be responsible for any and all other damages assessed by Sponsor (or
Sponsor’s financing affiliate).

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Vehicle or Vehicle Lease as of the date of receipt or at
any other time will not be awarded. All applicable federal and other local taxes, title, registration, licensee fees, as well as any and all other costs/expenses associated with registering, using, and claiming the Vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must have and provide (at his/her sole cost and expense) a valid U.S. driver’s license and provide Sponsor with a certificate evidencing automobile liability insurance coverage at time the Lease is signed. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, all service, parts, materials and repairs in connection with the use and operation of the Vehicle during the term of the Lease, including but not limited to gasoline, oil, batteries, tires, tubes, repairs or maintenance arising from any misuse or negligent use of the Vehicle, and/or towing are at
Grand Prize Winner’s expense. All manufacturer’s recommended maintenance services found in the Owner’s Manual provided
by the manufacturer in connection with the use and operation of the Vehicle during the Lease term, including all service and
maintenance required by the manufacturer’s warranty, will be done or caused to be done by the Grand Prize Winner at his/her
sole expense at an authorized dealer. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, the Vehicle shall not be used
where excessive mileage and/or misuse alters the condition and/or value of the Vehicle for resale and the Vehicle shall not be
used or operated in a negligent, improper or unsafe manner, or in violation of any Law, or in any manner as to void any
insurance covering same. No modifications or alterations shall be made to the Vehicle during the term of the Lease. To the
extent there are any modifications or alterations to the Vehicle, including without limitation any replacements, substitutions or
additions of parts or equipment to the Vehicle, all said items shall be accessions to the Vehicle and shall become the sole
property of Sponsor. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, PROMISES, OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR TO THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WITH RESPECT TO THE VEHICLE, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY CONTAINED IN THE EXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES IN THE VEHICLE’S OWNER’S GUIDE. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR ANY OTHER PERMITTED USER (AS FURTHER DEFINED IN THE LEASE), NOR TO ANYONE ELSE, OF ANY KIND AND HOWSOEVER CAUSED, WHETHER BY THE VEHICLE, OR THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OR EQUIPMENT THEREOF, OR BY ANY FAILURE THEREOF, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR USE OF THE VEHICLE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE EXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES IN EACH VEHICLE’S OWNER’S GUIDE OR TO THE EXTENT ARISING SOLELY FROM THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF SPONSOR. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SPONSOR BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THERE ARE NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS REGARDING THE VEHICLE, AND THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE NOR ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. Upon expiration or termination of the Lease, the Grand Prize Winner shall immediately surrender the Vehicle, in the same condition as received (reasonable wear and tear excepted) to the Sponsor as further defined in the Lease.

The Grand Prize, if accepted by Grand Prize Winner, is taxable as income and all taxes associated with the Grand Prize (including but not limit to income taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The Grand Prize consists only of the items specifically listed herein as part of the Grand Prize description. No substitution or cash redemption of Grand Prize is permitted. Grand Prize is not transferrable and may not be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and Grand Prize Winner [a] release each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or
described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of the
Grand Prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage; and [b] agree to
be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Independent Administrator, which are final in all
respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any
Entrant or Grand Prize Winner it believes has violated these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from
participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is
attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair
playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If
for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable
control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes and selected a Grand Prize Winner based on the entries received up to the cancellation, modification,
termination, or suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on the Website. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, Entrant’s covenant not to sue any Sweepstakes Entity or cause them to be sued regarding any matter
released above; and further covenant not to disaffirm, limit or rescind any releases. A waiver by one or more of the
Sweepstakes Entities of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision. CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants and Grand Prize Winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold
harmless the Sponsor, and the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Grand Prize Winner, Entrants, or any other third
parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to
any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part,
directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Grand Prize; participation in any
Sweepstakes-related activity; or participation in this Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES: Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the
Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, an Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of
Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of NewYork, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.

PRIVACY: The collection of personal information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the
purposes of; (a) administering this Sweepstakes; and (b) providing future marketing materials regarding Sponsor’s
product and services to Entrants via email and other marketing methods. Entrants may opt out of the receipt of future
marketing materials at any time by following the instructions found in the marketing material(s) received. Entrant
information will not be sold to third parties or used in any other fashion other than what has been described herein.

WINNER’S LIST REQUEST: For the name of the Grand Prize Winner or a copy of these Official Rules, please submit a self-
addressed, stamped envelope by November 30, 2023 “Buick Drive this Truck for FREE Sweepstakes”, PO Box 458, Newark,
NY, 14513.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and selected a Grand Prize Winner based on the entries received up to the cancellation, modification, termination, or suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on the Website.
