Dealership fine, but engine should be recalled, and warrenty extended

Asked to grease fittings and other things that show not completed at all I think that was my last time going there. I have gave them multiple chances to redeem there self especially dinging my front doors In multiple spots and expect me to bring it in for a few hours when it was clearly there mistake. Service department does not perform the way that they should. As I will say again money back or GMC headquarters will be paying a visit or both!

I have a brand new (2025) 110,000 truck and the Bluetooth doesn’t work. They said there’s ‘no fix’ for it. They reset it and said it was fixed, but it did the exact same thing when I got into the car. GMC corporate says the dealership noted that it was fixed. They didn’t even try.

The oil change was really slow. I scheduled a 9:30am appointment and it wasn't done til 11:00am. Oil change should not take that long

Great experience! They found the problem while performing a different service to my truck. Handled everything for me with warranty. Scheduled me in quickly and completed the job in timely manner had my truck back to me the next day. Everything was done without issue no problems and no excuses. Can’t ask for much more.

I had an electrical problem with my truck. I arrived in the afternoon at the dealership without an appointment. JD quickly diagnosed the problem as bad batteries. He got me right in and had my truck back running the same afternoon. I couldn't have been happier.
