I have a brand new (2025) 110,000 truck and the Bluetooth doesn’t work. They said there’s ‘no fix’ for it. They reset it and said it was fixed, but it did the exact same thing when I got into the car. GMC corporate says the dealership noted that it was fixed. They didn’t even try.

The oil change was really slow. I scheduled a 9:30am appointment and it wasn't done til 11:00am. Oil change should not take that long

Great experience! They found the problem while performing a different service to my truck. Handled everything for me with warranty. Scheduled me in quickly and completed the job in timely manner had my truck back to me the next day. Everything was done without issue no problems and no excuses. Can’t ask for much more.

I had an electrical problem with my truck. I arrived in the afternoon at the dealership without an appointment. JD quickly diagnosed the problem as bad batteries. He got me right in and had my truck back running the same afternoon. I couldn't have been happier.

JD was super helpful. I came in for just a tire rotation and he checked everything else on my truck and told me about upcoming services items. He answered a bunch of my questions and was prompt and thorough.

I called on Thursday morning to set up a service appointment for our new GMC and was pleasantly surprised to find they had availability for the very next day. The service team was excellent to work with, and the quality of care was top-notch. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here in the future
